Water Resources Management in Cooperation with Agriculture

This three year project, sponsored by the European Commission LIFE Programme was completed at the end of September. The project was undertaken in Lower Saxony, Germany, and in the UK.
Work in the UK focused on pilot areas within the catchments of the rivers Frome, Piddle and Wey and was supported by ADAS, the Environment Agency, the National Farmers' Union, UKWIR and Wessex Water.
